CareerFlip LLC · Updated
CareerFlip turns a job posting into a short, ranked list of people worth contacting. It researches their connection to the role, drafts messages for the people you choose, and helps you organize your outreach. It cannot see inside the company or guarantee who makes the hiring decision.
Paste a job-posting link or enter the company, title, country and posting text yourself. CareerFlip uses your profile to assess your fit: an overall score, strengths, gaps and ways to explain your experience.
The likely manager is one possible contact. People doing similar work, nearby leaders and a relevant recruiter may also help you understand the opening or get your experience in front of the team. CareerFlip searches public professional profiles, web results and the employer's own pages, including staff directories when profile searches leave gaps.
CareerFlip checks the employer, current role, function and location against the posting, filters out unrelated people, and explains why each remaining contact is relevant. A senior title or shared school alone does not establish a connection to this hire. A shorter relevant list is more useful than a longer unrelated one.
Possible hiring managers are labeled as uncertain. Public information does not always reveal who is responsible for a particular hire.
CareerFlip includes public profile links where available and looks for work email addresses. It distinguishes addresses published by the employer from likely matches based on the company's email format. A likely address is a best guess.
Pick a contact and CareerFlip drafts an email or LinkedIn message tailored to the role, the person and your background. Shared former employers or schools can help shape the draft. You review, edit and send it yourself.
CareerFlip does not log into your LinkedIn account. It does not send messages or apply for jobs. Your profile, contacts, drafts and history stay in a local database; search and AI requests go directly to your connected providers. See the privacy policy for details.
When you mark a message as sent, CareerFlip saves the person to your Contact Book and schedules two follow-up reminders: the first 7 days later, the second a week after that. They appear on its outreach calendar, and you can download them as a calendar file.
